How to play

Cut one potato into a 6 × 6 grid of 36 fries, seen from above
The potato slides under the knife at a steady speed. Click, press Space or tap to drop the knife where it is
Cut as many times as you like (up to 99 each way). Once it slides past it turns 90° for the other way, and the round ends when that slides past too. No do-overs
A knife that misses the potato doesn't count
Scored on the average and median error from 1/6 across every width. Both within 0.1% scores 100
Too few cuts leave thick fries, too many leave thin ones, and either lowers the score
The fries are fried and served. Too thin and they burn; too thick and they stay raw
